Monkey of the Week

Johnny was "Monkey of the Week" at preschool last week.  He had to make a poster about himself.  It included the following,
Johnny loves to ride his bike, have races, fish, and hike.

St Patrick's Day 2014

I was set on making St Patrick's Day really fun this year.  We started the day by going to a bouncy house place which we always enjoy.  When we got home, we made and decorated shamrock cookies (I still remember Aunt Judy taking them when she visited our elementary classes and talked about Ireland!).  I was feeling pretty exhausted by this point but we finished with one more craft of making shamrocks using a green pepper cut in half as a stamp. 
All in all, a great day!

Hamilton

A few weeks ago we took a trip to Hamilton to visit Granddaddy and Grandma Karleen. The weather was beautiful so we were happy to spend a majority of our time exploring the family farm.
