Grandparents visit

Grandma Jane and Grandpa Dennis visited us over the weekend.  We enjoyed their visit.  I feel a sense of freedom when they are here as my mother basically takes over all my responsibilities-thanks mom!  Paul and I were able to go out for an early anniversary dinner and we all enjoyed the beautiful weather.  I didn't get hardly any pictures of the weekend but will share a couple I have.  We took a short boat ride on Lake Austin and then let the kids fish from the dock.
The weather was great all weekend, here the kids were having a "car" wash.

Picking Strawberries

I took the kids to Sweet Berry Farms in Marble Falls yesterday to pick strawberries.  We had a great time.  We enjoyed picking strawberries, jumping on the bounce tarp, petting goats and horses, and having a picnic lunch complete with homemade strawberry popsicles and ice cream!

Easter

We had a nice Easter weekend.  Saturday Granddaddy and Grandma Karleen arrived to help babysit Saturday evening so Paul and I could go to mass.  We kicked off the Easter festivities by dying eggs.

On Sunday morning we had a nice brunch followed by and Easter egg hunt.  The kids had been hunting eggs all week.  Molly requested egg hunts daily so they were pretty good at it by Sunday! Also included is a picture of their gifts from the Easter Bunny.

Wildflowers

I am way behind on blogging.  My good friend Jessica asked me to be her new baby's godmother so last weekend we went to Tulsa for the baptism and we forgot our camera there.  I will have some catching up to do when I get the camera back.  In the meantime, my friend Meg was kind enough to have a wildflower photo session with her kids and mine and she took all the pictures.  Here are a few of my favorites:

And for the grand finale. . .

I'm sure all of you know but just in case you don't, baby #3 is due October 5th.  It is no joke that Molly does want a sister, last week she was talking about her sister as if she were already born.  We have tried to explain that it may be a brother but she refuses to believe it.
