Molly is 6

We celebrated Molly's birthday for a whole weekend.  On Friday the boys and I had lunch at school with Molly.  After school her preschool friends came over to play and we made snow cones (a snow cone maker was an early birthday gift).

On Saturday, she had a party with her school friends at the children's hair salon.  Before the party, Molly got her ears pierced.

The party itself consisted of all things girly!  They painted the girls nails, put on make up, did their hair, decorated tiaras, decorated and ate cupcakes.  It turned out to be a great party and Molly was very pleased with the whole thing.

On Sunday (her actual birthday), we had sushi for lunch.  Molly requested that as it is "her favorite".  In reality, she just likes white rice and soy sauce but Paul and I were happy to oblige.  We were happy Granddaddy and Grandma Karleen visited for the weekend and helped celebrate with lunch and cake after.
