Molly: Can I feel the baby kicking
Me: The baby is not kicking right now, it must be sleeping
Molly: Does it have a bed in there
Me: No, there is no bed in my belly
Molly: What about a pillow
Oh, how I love how their little minds think!

Bible School
This week was vacation bible school at our church. This was Molly's first year to attend. She was in the pre-K room while I volunteered with Johnny in the nursery. Since Molly has not gone to preschool yet, this was her first real experience with anything school-like. She was a little hesitant to be away from mom but overall I think she had a great time. The whole experience in my opinion was awesome. Seeing Molly dance to the songs brought tears to my eyes, I thought it was so sweet. Yesterday when we came home she played church and today she was singing "hosanna", I guess she picked that up at the mass this morning. I pray she always follow in the ways of the Lord.
I forgot to mention that Molly and Johnny really missed each other, this is what they did when Johnny and I picked up Molly, immediately wanted to hug and wrestle.
Weekend Away
Last weekend I had to work both Saturday and Sunday so Paul took the kids to Hamilton to visit Granddaddy and Grandma Karleen. It was Paul's first time to take the kids overnight without me. I was a little hesitant but knew they would do fine. They always enjoy being outside at Granddaddy's with all the open land. Here are a few pictures of the fun weekend they had.
Plenty of room to ride their 4-wheelers.
Johnny relaxing with Granddaddy.
Molly getting tickled by Grandaddy.
Johnny always finds the water.
Molly practicing climbing trees.
Granddaddy helping Johnny fish.

Trip to Minnesota
Last Thursday the kids and I flew to Minneapolis to visit my brother Shawn and his family. My parents drove in from Nebraska and picked up 3 of my brother Darren's 4 girls for a grand total of 8 cousins in 1 house for 3 nights!! Shawna was able get away for a little girls vacation so that left Uncle Shawn, Grandma Jane, Grandpa Dennis, and myself to corral the madness. We had a great time. Honesty, all the kids got along well and the oldest-Brooklynn and Julia were great helpers. I had a hard time narrowing down the pictures so here is a not so brief synopsis of the weekend.
Grandpa bought ice cream bars on day 1, to be followed up with Dairy Queen on night 3Brooklynn reading to Molly (on lap), Micah, Hallie, Noah, Johnny (not paying attention)
Not sure what game this was, but it was fun watching them dance around
Johnny getting a big hug from Celia, they were so cute together
Brooklynn painting Molly's nails-Molly really looks up to her
Bedtime stories with Grandma Jane
Fun at the park with Grandpa Dennis
Twins being silly
Johnny likes the new ride, I feel like this is a fast forward 15 years-my little heart-breaker
More park time
Grandpa had a genius idea of buying electric bubble blowers, as you can see, hours of fun
Micah, Hallie, and Noah reading before bed
Brooklynn reading bedtime stories
Hallie reading to Micah, I guess it is safe to say they all like to read/be read to
